Hey everyone. I was just browsing through some of my friends' blog and it really caught my eye that not many people blog anymore. It's sad. I maen I don't blog much now too. Been occupied and also I got twitter so very lazy to sit down and type but here I am

Anyways a lot has happened in the past few months. Most notably is my exam.My first Profesional Exam to be exact. My In course assesment wasn't that good. Need to improve on my accuracy of reading. Can't believe EOS was like 3 weeks ago an we were so tressed out then. It was the toughest paper I took so far but I thank God for his grace and mercy that He has shown me through this exam. Studied so much for this exam . Everynight will skype with Banguly to keep me awake.. This sounds gay I know but oh well... but the questions that came out were out of this world man. No matter how much we read nothing could prepare us for those type of questions

Well at least through this experience I got to be closer to God. Sometimes in your christian walk when your at such a level of faith you tend to think everything is going to work out well and you sort of 'slack off' and I think that's what I've been through this whole year. It's like I trust God will provide so I need not ask. Well thankfully He has remained so faithful and loyal to me. Prayed a lot the whole week while waiting for results and thankfully I PASSED! Was really looking to other courses around. that was how bad it was..

That's right people.I finished first year of medical school

Medical school for me is really a tough course.Now I know why a lot of people drop out , commit suicide and all that. The presure and work load is amazing. There's just no way to remember everything in this head of mine. Yet again I thank God for pulling me through this. Biology aand me ain't the closest of friends but we got along well so far.... Another 4 more years to go -_-

So I'm in to the holidays now. haven't been going out as I would like to but it's good to just chil at home. Had VBS the whole of last week. It was an amazing time spending with the kids from 4-12 yo... They are just so cute and adorable.

I was in charge of the PA..Meaning sound and LCD.. Good thing I managed to have Xuan Yun, Melvin and Ryan to help me out in this. It was good learning how to operate the sound system. Might want to serve in that on sundays too..

Many of us go through ups and downs in our lives. As emotional beings, how would we react when faced with difficult situations/circumstances? Would we sulk and be bitter about things/people? Or do we choose to rejoice, knowing that He has control over all things? Here is a good question we can all ask ourselves.

I read the book 'Lies Women Believe and The Truth That Sets Them Free' written by Nancy Leigh DeMoss quite some time ago, but i remember copying down some important parts, including these below:-

The Scripture is filled with divine promises and commands that provide the means by which our emotions may be steadied in the midst of any storm:-

God's Word promises, "I am with you always" (Matthew 28:20). Therefore, we don't have to be overcome by loneliness.
God's Word promises, "My God will meet all your needs" (Philippians 4:19). Therefore, we don't have to stay awake at night worrying about how the mortgage will get paid.
God's Word promises, "Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken" (Isaiah 54:10). Therefore, we don't have to dread of an uncertain future.
God's Word says, "Do not be afraid" (John 14:27). That means we don't have to give in to fear, regardless of our circumstances.
God's Word says, "Don't worry about anything" (Philippians 4:6, NLT). That means that even in the midst of stressful circumstances, we don't have to be anxious.
God's Word says, "Give thanks in all circumstances" (1 Thessalonians 5:18). That means we can choose to be thankful, even when everything around us seems to be falling apart.
God's Word says, "Love your enemies" (Matthew 5:44). That means, by the power of the Holy Spirit, we can choose to love anyone - no matter how greatly they have wronged us.
God's Word says, "If you hold anything against anyone, forgive him" (Mark 11:25). That means there is no one we cannot choose to forgive, no matter how deeply they may have hurt us or sinned against us.

9/11 True Story.
A man from Norfolk , VA called a local radio station to share this on Sept 11th, 2003, TWO YEARS AFTER THE TRAGEDIES OF 9/11/2001.

His name was Robert Matthews. These are his words:

A few weeks before Sept. 11th, my wife and I found out we were going to have our first child. She planned a trip out to California to visit her sister. On our way to the airport, we prayed that God would grant my wife a safe trip and be with her. Shortly after I said 'amen,' we both
heard a loud pop and the car shook violently.. We had blown out a tire. I replaced the tire as quickly as I could, but we still missed her flight. Both very upset we drove home.

I received a call from my father who was retired NYFD. He asked what my wife's flight number was, but I explained that we missed the flight.

My father informed me that her flight was the one that crashed into the southern tower. I was too shocked to speak. My father also had more news for me; he was going to help. 'This is not something I can't just sit by for; I have to do something.'

I was concerned for his safety, of course, but more because he had never given his life to Christ. After a brief debate, I knew his mind was made up. Before he got off of the phone, he said, 'take good care of my grandchild. Those were the last words I ever heard my father say; he died while helping in the rescue effort.

My joy that my prayer of safety for my wife had been answered quickly became anger. I was angry at God, at my father, and at myself. I had gone for nearly two years blaming God for taking my father away. My s on would never know his grandfather, my father had never accepted Christ, and I never got to say good-bye.

Then something happened. About two months ago, I was sitting at home with my wife and my son, when there was a knock on the door. I looked at my wife, but I could tell she wasn't expecting anyone. I opened the door to a couple with a small child.

The man looked at me and asked if my father's name was Jake Matthews. I told him it was. He quickly grabbed my hand and said, 'I never got the chance to meet your father, but it is an honor to meet his son.'

He expl ained to me that his wife had worked in the World Trade Center and had been caught inside after the attack. She was pregnant and had been caught under debris. He then explained that my father had been the one to find his wife and free her. My eyes welled up with tears as I thought of my father giving his life for people like this. He then said, 'there is something else you need to know.'

His wife then told me that as my father worked to free her, she talked to him and led him to Christ. I began sobbing at the news.

Now I know that when I get to Heaven, my father will be s tanding beside Jesus to welcome me, and that this family would be able to thank him themselves .

When their baby boy was born, they named him Jacob Matthew, in honor of the man who gave his life so that a mother and baby could live.

This story should help us to realize this: God is always in control.

We may not see the reason behind things, and we may never know this side of heaven, but God is ALWAYS in control.

Please take time to share this amazing story. You may never know the impact it may have on someone. God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell if Malaysians are speaking English.

DIE lah! Mati loh!” a boy was crying out loudly. “I am in hot soup ... in trouble ... my school book is in the swimming pool!”

He had been running around in the Penang Sports Club with his homework and his book dropped into the pool.

“Die lah? Why is there a lah added after the word ‘die’?” enquired my British friend who is amazed with our unique fusion Malaysian English.

“Well, the Malays here use lah a lot in their expression and thus we, Malaysians add Malay or even Chinese or Indian expressions in our English,” I explained.

“Do you want to makan karipap or yam char? asked someone near us.

“Is he speaking English?” asked my British friend again.

I informed him that Manglish is basically English with a unique fusion of words from Malay, Chinese and Indian languages. It shares substantial linguistic similarities with Singaporean English (Singlish). Speakers of Manglish tend to intersperse varying amounts of expressions and interjections from their mother tongue, which in some cases qualify as a form of code-switching. Sentences may be constructed using English words in the syntax of another language.

For instance, my student said, “I cannot twenty five you,” to his friend.

I told him that he is translating a phrase directly from his first language (Hokkien dialect) into English. “Twenty five you” in Hokkien means “to suspect or accuse you of something”.

One small Chinese boy called a turkey a “fire chicken”. In his Hokkien dialect, a turkey is called hoey kei. He has translated directly from Chinese to English, and literal translation can be thoroughly inaccurate.

Many British or other foreigners are intrigued by the Malaysian lingo.

“Eh! Towkay! Towkay! You want to buy this watch ... very special price lah and cheap loh,” said a salesman along Penang road.

“See ... it is fascinating, your Malaysian lingo ... towkay and kopitiam (coffee shop) are unique words and I like char koay teow, too,” Jim chuckled.

Jim is from Darwin, Australia. He has been in Penang for many years and is always tickled when we say, “Alamak! Why so raining wet today; cannot play tennis one.”

Thus the Malaysian lingo may be captivating to foreigners.

Another aspect of language, such as alliteration also can amuse people.

“She sells sea shells by the sea shore”, “Five funny fat Frenchmen flew to France” or “The sixth Sheik’s sheep is silly sick”, or “Rulers row really in rivers”. These are all boring compared to the Thai twister, Khrai khai khai kai or “Who sells chicken eggs?”

Homonyns can be mind-boggling, too. “Give me the hare!” cried someone but he was given some “hair” instead. Both hare and hair do sound the same and are known as homonyms. Thus sounds of words may cause misunderstanding and the sound of this Chinese tongue twister is unbeatable. Si-shi-si zhi shi-zi shu you si-shi-si shi-zi actually means “Forty-four persimmons on 44 persimmon trees”. Well in English, “s” in the word “sit” is pronounced differently from the “s” in the word “sugar”.

Nevertheless some “anguished English language expressions” can be heard or seen. These notices were pasted on walls of buildings:

Laundry in Poland: Ladies, leave your clothes here and spend the afternoon having a great time inside or outside.

Tailor shop: Order your summer suits due to big rush. We will execute customers in strict rotation.

University: Room for rent – we do not take self-cooking students. (Students are not allowed to cook in the room).

Anyway, who dares say that our English is weird? Just see below – Malaysian English can sometimes be simple, short, precise and effective. British English can be compared to our English in a few ways:

Asking someone to make way
Britons: Excuse me, I’d like to get by. Would you please make way for me?
Malaysians: S-kews / squeeze me, please.

Asking someone to find out what had happened
Britons: Will someone please tell me what has just happened?
Malaysians: What happenleh? Why like that one?

When asking for permission
Britons: Excuse me, but do you think it would be possible for me to enter through this door?
Malaysians: (pointing at the door) Can enter ah?

When assessing a difficult situation
Britons: Hmmm. We appear to be in a bit of a predicament at the moment.
Malaysians: Ayoh! Die-lah! Mati loh?

When declining an offer
Britons: If you don’t mind, I’d prefer not to do that.
Malaysians: I don’t want lah.

In disagreeing on a topic of discussion
Britons: If you don’t mind, Timothy, I do have to interrupt, and I must say I have to disagree with you about this issue.
Malaysians: What stupid idea! You mad and crazy ah?

When asking somebody if he/she knows you
Britons: Excuse me, but you seem to be staring at me. Have we met before?
Malaysians: Why you look at me like that? See what?

When someone is angry
Britons: Would you mind not shouting at me?
Malaysians: Cilakak! You no manners or what man

Breakfast at McDonald's

This is a good story and is true, please read it all the way through until the end! (After the Story, there are some very interesting facts!):

I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my college degree.

The last class I had to take was Sociology.

The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human being had been graced with..

Her last project of the term was called, 'Smile.'

The class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document their reactions.

I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and say hello anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of cake,

Literally.

Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and I went out to McDonald's one crisp March morning.

It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.

We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away, and then
Even my husband did..

I did not move an inch... An overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved.

As I turned around I smelled a horrible 'dirty body' smell, and there standing behind me were two poor homeless men.

As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was 'smiling'

His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God's Light as he searched for acceptance....

He said, 'Good day' as he counted the few coins he had been clutching..

The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the second man was mentally challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman was his salvation.

I held my tears as I stood
there with them.

The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted.

He said, 'Coffee is all Miss' because that was all they could afford. (If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had to buy something. He just wanted to be warm).

Then I really felt it - the compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the little man with the blue eyes..

That is when I noticed all eyes in the Restaurant were set on me, judging

My every action.

I smiled and asked the young lady behind the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate tray.

I then walked around the corner to the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my hand on the blue-eyed gentleman's cold hand.

He looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and said, 'Thank you.'

I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, 'I did not do this for you.. God is here working through me to give you hope.'

I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son.... When I sat down my husband smiled at me and said, 'That is why God gave you to me, Honey, to give me hope..'

We held hands for a moment and at that time, we knew that only because of the Grace that we had been given were we able to give.

We are not church goers, but we are believers.

That day showed me the pure Light of God's sweet love.

I returned to college, on the last evening of class, with this story in hand.

I turned in 'my project' and the instructor read it.

Then she looked up at me and said, 'Can I share this?'

I slowly nodded as she got the attention of the class.

She began to read and that is when I knew that we as human beings and being part of God share this need to heal people and to be healed.

In my own way I had touched the people at McDonald's, my son, the instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I spent as a college student.

I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn:

UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.

Emergency
The Emergency Number worldwide for all Mobile Phones is 112. If you find yourself out of the coverage area of your
mobile network and there is an emergency, dial 112 and your mobile will search any existing network in your area to establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly this number 112 can be dialled even if the keypad is locked. This works on all phones worldwide and is free. It is the equivalent of 999.

SECOND
Have you locked your keys in the car? Does your car have remote keyless entry? This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone:
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their mobile phone from your cell phone.

Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be thousands of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has the other 'remote' for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).

If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM machine, you can notify the police by entering your PIN # in reverse. For example, if your pin number is 1234, then you would put in 4321. The ATM system recognizes that your PIN number is backwards from the ATM card you placed in the machine. The machine will still give you the money you requested, but unknown to the robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to the location. All ATM’s carry this emergency sequencer by law.

It was only published by THE SUN but rather small and hidden in the inner pages. WHY???!!!!...

Hey all whoimnotsurestillfollowme,

So what has been happening with me for the past few weeks? quite a lot of small things happened actually . Oral Health Week

So me,Jason,Emily,Jackson and Shih Yu were the juniors in the Oral Disease booth with Melanie,Pei Shian, Jonathan,Serene and Michelle. We had to prepare a couple of games for the booth so we made our own wheel of fortune and the pasting game. Not forgetting we had to prepare some bookmarks for the prizes. It was a fun time working with my batchmates for the games. Oral Health Week was from 20th-21st of April. It was a tiring but fun 2 days. We were given a crash course for the booth so that when the senior leaves us for classes we would be able to carry on . Initially it was quite difficult to explain to the participants but after a while I got the hang of it. Only on the 2nd day towards the end I got more relaxed because less people came. Overall it was a fun event.

Last week , we had our first presentation to do. Me and Shuxuan presented Cerebrovascular accident or in English terms means STROKE. I honestly don't think we did that well but did enough I hope for enough marks. Moving on .....

Next was Intevarsity games. It was hosted by AIMST university in Sg Petani, Kedah. Penang Dental College was the other uni invited. I participated in badminton, pingpong, 4x200m(no joke) and tug-of-war. The bus ride there took us like 7 hours man.We arrived in aimst at 12+am.... Finally got to know Mac Cool at night at the cafe. haha. We had a tour around the campus on the next morning. I think it was some kind of plan to make us all tired before our game. I'mjustsaying. Anwyays badminton was in the afternoon. Played against AIMST first. Was in singles and lost -_- was freaking nervous AGAIN la.miss dunno how many shots. Our team lost the tie 1-4. Next was against PIDC. Was in singles again. When I played I was a bit nervous and just mentally drained but told myself I'm playing for my team,IMU. My opponent could hit every shuttle back so I had to play difficult shots to beat him. This was the match I really put my experience into. Had to know how and which to get my points . In the 3rd and 2nd set I maintained until about 15-15, then I up my tempo for the last few points. It was a real turning point for me.Had to build my confidence slowly through matches like these.. Overally i'm pretty satisfied with my performances. Bus ride home was 10 hours long -_-

Pingpong was a joke. Like literally. I played doubles with Xian Long until the referrees and match officials laugh at us. We played our best but didn't put too much pressure cos quite frankly we weren't under any. Lol. We just had fun. After that went on to see our basketball team win both matches in men's . I was literally the water boy man.

Sam Ye Han asked me to take part in the 4x200m at night since every other player either gone case or taking part in other event. HowcouldIsayno. So yeah. I ran..nuffsaid..we didn't get last =P

So despite all the curry meals, long walking distance to the sports complex, long early tour arnd the campus, highest room in the apartment...it was a good event. Will come back next year.

Eh but serious lo.. every camp I go to my room is always the furthest wan lo. Have to walk so much.kthxbai

Why Did Jesus Fold the Napkin?

This is one I can honestly say I have never seen circulating in the e-mails so; I'll start it.. If it touches you ,

Why did Jesus fold the linen burial cloth after His resurrection? I never noticed this......

The Gospel of John (20:7) tells us that the napkin, which was placed over the face of Jesus, was not just thrown aside like the grave clothes.

The Bible takes an entire verse to tell us that the napkin was neatly folded, and was placed at the head of that stony coffin.

Early Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance.

She ran and found Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved. She said, 'They have taken the Lord's body out of the tomb, and I don't know where they have put him!'

Peter and the other disciple ran to the tomb to see. The other disciple out ran Peter and got there first. He stopped and looked in and saw the linen cloth lying there, but he didn't go in.

Then Simon Peter arrived and went inside. He also noticed the linen wrappings lying there, while the cloth that had covered Jesus' head was folded up and lying to the side.

Was that important? Absolutely!
Is it really significant? Yes!

In order to understand the significance of the folded napkin, you have to understand a little bit about Hebrew tradition of that day.

The folded napkin had to do with the Master and Servant, and every

Jewish boy knew this tradition.

When the servant set the dinner table for the master, he made sure that it was exactly the way the master wanted it.

The table was furnished perfectly, and then the servant would wait, just out of sight, until the master had finished eating, and the servant would not dare touch that table, until the master was finished..

Now if the master were finished eating, he would rise from the table, wipe his fingers, his mouth, and clean his beard, and would wad up that napkin and toss it onto the table.

The servant would then know to clear the table. For in those days, the wadded napkin meant, "I'm finished.."

But if the master got up from the table, and folded his napkin, and laid it beside his plate, the servant would not dare touch the table, because..........
The folded napkin meant,

"I'm coming back!"

Hey everyonel. I know I havent been posting up for some time . Have been really caught up with uni. My blog I think is going to die soon...

Well since orientation things are not too bad. Still have a lot of activities every week since. Had like Dental Cup and Charity Home Visit . Well for Dental Cup I participated in ping pong due to few reasons. Badminton had too many ppl and I didn't want to try out and also....oh wait thats the only reason. Well I played in doubles with David Gu. Made it to the Finals and won't say further..haha

Charity Home Visit was just last week. Had a fund raiser last MOnday and Tuesday for it. Sold food and drinks. We joined with Group 3 for this. It was a great time knowing everyone from other groups while preparing. Stayed back at Shaheen's place on Friday to prepare the drinks and food for the visit. It was a crazy and awesome night. After a full time of STUDIES we went to IKANO (with Sze ling, Man Yang,Daniel,Shaheen,Darren) to get for Shaheen his table lamp and then we went back to IMU cos Daniel had to go home...After that we went to buy the drinks and headed to Mid V to catch a movie. It was already like 1am at that time. Went to watch BATTLE LOS ANGELAS. Good movie... was a real good time with all of them..

The next day we died, we were so exhausted but managed to go through the whole thing without getting sick. We went to RACTAR. Its in USJ 1, Subang. Really fin to play with the kids there This week's classes were killers man. So much for us Dental Students and they said Sem 1 is easiest.DIE!!! by God's grace I will survive!

Anyways had a clinical session today. Had to paint faces to track down the veins,arteries and nerves. It was such a good time till I fell asleep while being painted. Next thing I knew Prof Khoo was in front of me wishing me Good morning -_-...stun... Thats it from me I guess..

A tale of Two Seas

Sitting in the Geography class in school, I remember how fascinated I was when we were being taught all about the Dead Sea. As you probably recall, the Dead Sea is really a Lake, not a sea (and as my Geography teacher pointed out, if you understood that, it would guarantee 4 marks in the term paper!)
Its so high in salt content that the human body can float easily. You can almost lie down and read a book! The salt in the Dead Sea is as high as 35% - almost 10 times the normal ocean water. And all that saltiness has meant that there is no life at all in the Dead Sea. No fish. No vegetation. No sea animals. Nothing lives in the Dead sea.

And hence the name: Dead Sea.

While the Dead Sea has remained etched in my memory, I don't seem to recall learning about the Sea of Galilee in my school Geography lesson. So when I heard about the Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea and the tale of the two seas - I was intrigued. Turns out that the Sea of Galilee is just north of the Dead Sea. Both the Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea receive their water from river Jordan. And yet, they are very, very different.

Unlike the Dead Sea, the Sea of Galilee is pretty, resplendent with rich, colorful marine life. There are lots of plants. And lots of fish too. In fact, the sea of Galilee is home to over twenty different types of fishes.

Same region, same source of water, and yet while one sea is full of life, the other is dead. How come?

Here apparently is why. The River Jordan flows into the Sea of Galilee and then flows out. The water simply passes through the Sea of Galilee in and then out - and that keeps the Sea healthy and vibrant, teeming with marine life.

But the Dead Sea is so far below the mean sea level, that it has no outlet. The water flows in from the river Jordan, but does not flow out. There are no outlet streams. It is estimated that over a million tons of water evaporate from the Dead Sea every day. Leaving it salty. Too full of minerals. And unfit for any marine life.

The Dead Sea takes water from the River Jordan, and holds it. It does not give. Result? No life at all.

Think about it.

Life is not just about getting. Its about giving. We all need to be a bit like the Sea of Galilee.

We are fortunate to get wealth, knowledge, love and respect. But if we don't learn to give, we could all end up like the Dead Sea. The love and the respect, the wealth and the knowledge could all evaporate. Like the water in the Dead Sea.

If we get the Dead Sea mentality of merely taking in more water, more money, more everything the results can be disastrous. Good idea to make sure that in the sea of your own life, you have outlets. Many outlets. For love and wealth - and everything else that you get in your life. Make sure you don't just get, you give too. Open the taps. And you'll open the floodgates to happiness.

Make that a habit. To share. To give.

And experience life. Experience the magic

Hey all

So if some of you don't know yet, I have started my journey as a uni student . I am doing dentistry in IMU. I started my course on Monday. This whole week has been very tiring and fun

I have never woke up at 6.45 for a very long time. I think during college also I wake up at 7+am.. Well it has been a struggle this whole week. Have been sleeping through the PPDs from monday to friday. I am going to have 2 weeks of orientation. So there is only one more week left.

It has been quite an experience. It was like when I first entered college when almost everything was new. SO its all over again. So met a number of friends this week. Zhuo Wei ,Ouleep are the ones I remember other than my amazing GROUP 4!

So we're called FOURgasmic FOURgy. If you don't unerstand its ok. So we had Sheng as our fearless leader. Shaheen as our IMCC ( scapegoat)

Our Orientation officers are Razlan, Harris, Joanne and few more I forgot..deng... anyways. Had ICE BREAKERS on Tuesday. It was real fun. Went to the car park for the station games. Our group was not too bad after all. Did quite well..

Next on Thursday was DRESS CODE .So we had a movie name and a song we had to associate with. So we got X-men and Its my life by Bon Jovi. I was Wolverine so yes I was the main guy on stage for my group. In the end. Our group did really well.. Other groups put too much effort in their costumes and dance till they didn manage to act out well. So there were a lot of stone moments..

Had indoor and outdoor treasure hunt yesterday and today. It was really tiring but got to see many more of the seniors..

Overall. Thank you God for bringing me through this whole week. Being in a new plae is quite tough since you're practically starting from scratch and have to make new friends but God is good in providing nice and friendly people and also for keeping me safe this whole week.

In Florida, an atheist created a case against the upcoming Easter and Passover Holy days.

He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against Christians and Jews and observances of their holy days.

The argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days.

The case was brought before a judge. After listening to the passionate presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring,"Case dismissed!"

The lawyer immediately stood objecting to the ruling saying, "Your honor, How can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have Christmas, Easter and others. The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, yet my client and all other atheists have no such holidays.."

The judge leaned forward in his chair saying, "But you do. Your client, counsel, is woefully ignorant."

The lawyer said, "Your Honor, we are unaware of any special observance or holiday for atheists..."

The judge said, "The calendar says April 1 is April Fool's Day. Psalm 14:1 states, 'The fool says in his heart, there is no God.' Thus, it is the opinion of this court, that, if your client says there is no God, then he is a fool. Therefore, April 1 is his day. Court is adjourned."

Mission 2011 has begun

It has been great for the first 3 weeks of the year for me. E Von have now left the building in church..haha. She has gone to college now thats why. Its been great having her and the boys around. Now the Volunteer office is so neat =)

So lets start with the first week. It has been really exciting. We had a week our annual combined meeting of Dawn Prayer.Forgot to mention the youth had a barbeque party on Friday night and some of us stayed over till the next day. The party was fun. The food was good except many of us fell sick and had sore throat after that including me. A lot of people came for it. We had our New Life Got Talent on that same night too. So all of us went downstairs to join them. Some performances were good.... Plated the drums for worship that night. Last minute call..but its good..simple songs

Anyways combined meeting was ok. Like I said I was sick the day before . Like totally Konk out. So the next day I was so tired and blur. People said HI to me but couldn't talk with them much. Sorry Guys! I had to dance after that too. My legs were so weak man. I really wanted to fall. Thank God I didn't and thankfully He gave me all the strength I needed to stay alive up there. Went on to sell the camp shirts after that. Youth camp and Children Camp.

Next up is DAWN PRAYER. I'm finding it very difficult to wake up at 5am for it and for the first day I was really speaking in tongues. Even when it was praying I was speaking in tongues because I could barely understand what I was saying myself but it got better after that but really I know God is going to do BIG BIG things this coming year for our church,our youth and our kids. That week working has been really tiring man. You can see it down there..

Youth Group Meeting has been really good too. We have an average of about 40 people coming in. Its not just that. We are really having a fun time and having God's presence in the worship. Hock shared on the first week to launch us into the new year. Mark Butler - a prophet- came on the following week to prophecy on some of us and to pray for us and last week we did Titus 1. There are loads coming up in the next 2 months. Like Captain Ball, Worship Party in Cheras, CNY visitation. So for those out there. do join us. If you need details please check out

Went out with Hock,Jinny, Ben and XY to Curve for CNY shopping .Spent about RM100 on 2 shirts and 1 tshirt. It was ok. Wasn't in the mood of buying anyways. Went to cut hair too. Judy-my usual hair cutter-came today but was too busy attending to other people so I went for the shopping first . When I came back she wasn't ther so since my hair was really thick and long I had to cut so I went to another shop and this lady cut..took her sometime though.Oh well. Went for Popeyes after that without xy =(

Have been going to the NS camp in Banting. Jugra Camp is its name. This is my first time going for the first batch. Its been a long journey. but worth well. So what we do is practically is this course with them called Youth Alpha which is about 10 weeks long. We have a lot of Orang Asli in this camp so have to talk more Malay. Last week was really good. A lot of open sharing from all of them, and also praying for them. I can't attend this week =( Will really miss it. Next week is CNY some more.Oh well. God will still be there.

Hey guys. SO this will be my final post for the year 2010. Will be joining the youth this year for the BBQ night on Friday. It's going to be awesome
Anyways before 2010 ends, I want to share on my part . 2010 has been such a crazy year. I can't imagine that I was still in college taking my exams beginning this year and now I'm on holidays until Feb 21st. Everything happened so fast but all I can say is I managed to carry out God's plan for me this year . I managed to fulfill most of my goals this year . SO lets go through every event I went through this year....

College-Ah My target for this was to do well for my A-levels exams and also to help out in CF this year and to leave a legacy there. Its been a great 1and half year for me in MCKL. I would always remember the dedication of my lecturers Mr John Peter, Mr Chan, Mdm Chong Moi Moi and Datin Aru. Especially for maths and chem classes, I had the most fun there. JP with all his sarcasm and jokes and annoying Datin in classes. Really bonded with my friends there. Delta class is the best class I've ever been. I believe although all of us had gone our seperate ways, we'll still be friends and forever. I learned so much about life in college. When people say peer pressure causes others to drink and what not, its so true. I met so many different people I don't usually meet and it helps me to become a better person. I really met REAL people in the sense like those you watch in tv. They exists! like those really annoying ones..haha...I learned how to still depend on God everyday when things pile up like exams and work and its really an eye opener. I always wandered how and why people stop coming to church cos of assignments or friends or latest happenings and now I know why. I'm so thankful God had been always walking with me throughout my college life. One advise I can give to those who are still in college or going into college. NEVER COMPROMISE GOD FOR ANYTHING. I'm serious about this. once you give in to work and all its the start of the end. I always remind myself this. If now my assignments can overwhelm me, what about next time when I work? Being in college its not a MUST to join CF or attend classes but I thank God that I can say I did well i college not just in academic studies.Being part of Cf also helped me in my walk with God. These are the people who are same age as you and have problems , most of which you can relate to. helping organise the EASTER and Youth Alpha events were awesome. I was games co-ordinator there. Really God has helped me progress in this area which I will explain later.

Worship Team and Visual Ministry- I'm still part of these 2 ministry. Partly in visual still to help out with the newer ones . Might still be in this one next year if they still need me. One thing I learned about being part of the worship team is that the WE are very vulnerable . I noticed many of the church members who left church have been part of the worship team. The devil wants to always bring us down. The whole team are very sensitive people and many times can get offended easily. I myself now understand how can people being so on fire for God can just die because of small things. Few things happened this year in this ministry that made me want to take a step back and take a break from it. Thank God for people around me to support me and to encourage me to keep pushing forward ad pressing forward. I really grew a lot in this ministry. Not in terms of skills but communicating. Somethings I do may not be accepted by the worship leader sometimes but I have to learn to take it well. Playing drums for me makes me thank God I can express myself in other ways in terms of worship. Thank you God for always backing me up when things are getting down. Also since my exams ended, been always in church and been teaching drums a bit here and there so some people. taught Adam for a while but just got busy in the end. E Von is a fast learner. Can play ed.haha.. Have been learning quite a few tricks from Seah . How to practice, what to practice, different kinds of drumming drives ,etc...
Future plans- So since i finished my exams, I was quite worried about this. I kept praying to God for a direction and it took some time. I learned how to really let God flow in me and for me to focus in Him. Its easier for me to say this then to show it but really I encourage all of you , especially those who are going to college and UNI, FLOW WITH GOD.It was a real frustrating time then but things are looking good. I finally finish my IELTS with a 7.5 band and my registration is ok so far. I am going to do DENTISTRY fully locally because I do want to be here for the church at this time when things are getting good. I said this during my interview(SERIOUS) I pray that I will be always be with God throughout this time in UNI.

General- Its been a great year in terms of friendships . Finally understand the BRO CODE. haha. Its been great having great friends in college and church. People who are real and not ashame to of you. that will support you whenever. Jeremy, Ivan, Hsien, Kai, Anthony, Dik you guys are the best. Catch up with all of you soon yea..Also in church got the chance to talk with the staff here and there. Its been a great time learning few things from them. Especially Seah when sometimes we have dinner and lunch together. We will talk about a lof of things and not only drums . These things really can't find anywhere else but through experiences . Thank you all of you. You know who you are. All the best in future plans. Also to Yu Wern! Of course I have not forgotten you. This year we had a lot of ups and downs together. Its really a long and wonderful journey being your friend this year. We may have our seperate opinions and many get into arguments but its all good. haha.. I really enjoyed the times we go out for movies and meals. Although we don't really talk much but I know you still care for me and I want you to know I also care for you although I don't show it much. I really cherish times with you and of course YOU. Youth Ministry- This i got a lot to share about. haha..Well the first event of the year was Hock and Jinny's New Life wedding ceremony. Although I didn't participate in the dance presentation, I still managed to make it(came back from S'pore). Nothing much really happened for the first half of the year so I'll just fast forward up till the point when I came back from my Europe Trip. I told myself this year that I will come help out in the church and also to be in at least a mission trip. 1st thing before I left for my trip I told Hock to sign me up for the Cambodia Mission trip. Since I was overseas , meeting up was a bit of a problem(DUH!) . I came back and had like a week to do my sharing on PRAYER AND HUMILITY. My 2 favourite topic. haha.. I did prepare my sharing only 2 days before my trip! I did learn a lot from my first mission trip. I will not explain much because I did before... Also in my heart I wanted the Youth to be on the mission field and Hock told me he and Jinny were actually planning to do one Orang Asli Mission trip in Sept. How amazing is that? God read my mind!... Moving on....Me, Hock,Ling and E Von went to STM to check out the place for camp. I had that feeling that this camp would be focusing on LEGACY-1 of the area that Pr. Jeremiah had for the church this year and yet again before I told Hock anything , he also wanted the camp to be focusing in this area. Amazing again isn't it. See what happens when you follow God always and listen to Him. I didn’t actually want to do anything big for the camp but to just help out but that night as I was doing my devotion, the topic so happen was about take up the responsibility and don't worry. What coincidence. So since then, I never looked back. Preperations for camp were really challenging and new to me. I told God I wanted a new journey with Him and to really GROW. He gave me so many challenges throughout this time and I really thank Him that I have the chance to grow in capacity.... Not just in the area of serving but much more, self control etc...Just like for my Phillipines Mission trip. I didn't wanna go actually but I can say I'm thankful I went. All was in God's plan for camp. Found a new sense of worship there and got to see another side of the world there.....

Not forgetting Pyjamas Prayer. For those who didn't manage to come for both times. The reason for this is that I want US,Youth to have a meaningful event where we can actually bring something back. not just in youth camps, or other presentations. Prayer for me is really how I survived. Its something we can always do anytime and anywhere. Next year it will be done on a more regular basis during school holidays so do take note.. The times we had praying were just beyond words. I can't really explain how it went but I can say its worth it.
SO thats my story of 2010. 2011 will be a very exciting year for me and for you. AJA AJA fighting!

You're truly a blessing to me throughout my time helping out in the church. You bring a new excitement to the office with your originality and fun. You may not know it but really you have been there for me to hear me out(sometimes at least!) haha. Thank you so much for camp preperations. I know you had a lot in your hands like Children Camp but you always still give your remaining time to help plan for Youth camp. We really knew each other more this time and I do cherish those times when we mamak together when our bosses left us. haha.. Its nice to know that people like you still have a heart for God. You're not the one who will point out my errors when I do somethings wrong ( except when it comes to eating...) It encourages me to push myself knowing I do make a difference in other lives. We had a lot of things to say and in the coming year I know we will serve together for the church and the Youth Group. You have a lot of great ideas and have been very supportive . Every event we had me and you were there.. haha...good thing not sien of each other ..haha...Its great having you as a colleague and although I know you're still worried about the future I hope what ever I have shared with you, you'll remember.

Hey guys and girls. So I'm finally back from the most awesomest/bestest/God filled camp ever so far. The camp has been really just great. If there is one thing to sum up camp is that we showed the true identity of NEW LIFE.

As I have said before. Just because a small group of people that came and believe in a common thing in God everything changed. Prayer works YET AGAIN.

We showed people how to pray, worship, speak in tongues, minister and how to have FUN doing it!

So this camp is so personal to me. From day one until now, God planned this so long ahead. He had the theme and idea for this camp frm the start. All the campers, visitors and committee He called by name!

Initially my idea for camp was for the next 30 years. Hock had the same thing on his mind . The only way to carry on NEW LIFE'S LEGACY was to know its history. We had PR J, PR RON,SIS GRACE, PR LAWRENCE to share with us. About 6 ppl accepted Christ while loads learned how to speak in tongues.

During the firs session when I had to chair, I was nervous man but God had trained me well to handle things like this and I can say for myself I'm impressed on how God used me that night.

Worship sessions are just the bomb. First night session already same intensity with other camp's last night's session( where its usually the best) and our last night worship session....all I can say is God brought us to a whole new level of worship. everyone jumping here and there and not just in 1 spot! There were just so many breakthroughs in camp la. I saw so many people speaking in tongues and crying out to the Lord. Walls were broken. I'm sure all the visitors and many first-timers enjoyed themselves because I certainly did.

We always prayed before every session and that really made a difference. the whole atmoshpere just got turned on!

During each session, the flow of the message was great. Pr J shared a bit of the history of New life and what he learned from that. Also taught us about being a COOL CHRISTIAN( being steady, seeing the big picture and so on. Pr Ron also shared a similar message the very next session although they didn't meet up.

Games was fun. Thank You Nevina and the whole team - Mun Hong. Elicia, Rebecca, Abigail and Poh Yi for doing such an awesome job carrying things around and making games work. My team is just awesome la. So many young ones taking up roles and although we didn't win, we had fun more importantly.

Thank you Joshua for taking care of the worship team. Being there early and going for meals late cos of the worship team and making sure everyone prays before they start.

Thanks to Xuan Yun for the booklets, name tags . You 've been such a testimony to me and see you soon bro.

Thank you also to Krystal for being the commander! You bring such positive energy to the camp. Very enlightened by you.

And also to E Von for helping me SO SO MUCH during the camp preps. and chilling me down when things started to pile up and taking over when I was in Phillipines, helping me make some decisions with everything.

BIGGEST THANK YO IS TO GOD. WITHOUT YOU ALL THESE WILL BE NOTHING. THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR SPECIAL GUEST.

Like it or not WE YOUTH ARE AT A NEW LEVEL AND GOD IS GOING TO CHANGE US FROM GLORY TO GLORY. AMEN

Hey everyone.SO i better update before I got loads.

First things first. Youth camp is coming in a days time!!

REally excoted for this and also in the same time not excited.lol..still got things to settle before it starts but all I know is God is in control and He is part of this camp.

so here are the things to bring

So for the past 2 weeks. I attended the children camp appreciation dinner. I did help with the newspaper and other small things so I just find an excuse to tag along. It was good. Went to this restaurant at my place called Kimmies I think. Its a bakery shop. The owner's daughter and son are coming for camp!

Other than that attended Xuan Yun's wedding with Jyn Ee..woohoo. haha it was a children church play actually. True Love. First time being part of it although its the last segment =O.

Went for Calvin's wedding last weekend. Saturday's was a garden wedding in Cyberjaya. It was good just that it was hot la. Food was good. Sunday's was in Muar so drove down. Was the usher for the wedding with the other cousins. Almost lost my laptop man. One of Calvin's friend accidentally took it. Dunno how that happened. Brought it along to the Phillipines video but didn't even touched it -___-

last tuesday was an eventful day. Went to help Sri Eden move all their things to another house together with Hock,Josh, Alex, Melvin, Xuan Yun, Evon, Angel, Vicky and Ben 10. It was a fun day together with everyone. Time for bonding. It was good. Although I can't say the same when we had to move the photostat machine =(

Had a sleepover at Hock's place with Xuan Yun,ALex, Ryan,Ben 10 and Mel. Played games all night long .Of course after we had a dinner birthday celebration for Ryan and after throwing him into the pool! haha.. It was good stuffs la. Will cherish it these times for life =D

Hey all.

So the last few weeks have been quite a ride. Few ups and downs here and there.

Mainly because YOUTH CAMP is getting closer. Just to let you know. Things are going great in terms of preperations and most importantly how I see God going to work through this camp. For those who are not sure about this CAMP that is coming up , the theme is IT’S TIME. The reason for this is for it to be in line for next year our church’s 30th anniversary .I,myself have so much story to tell about my walk with God in this church. I literally grew up in this church so I went through every stage thus far and looking back its fun. So our camp will be focusing on that. We want EVERY youth we have to have some story with them. Whether you’re a new member or a old one it doesn’t matter. We want your life to be a testimony to others. We will also have a lot of games and activities that will be focusing on team building, leadership, and individual growth. You probably heard about this many times when people promote camp but we really mean it. A church consists of different individuals working TOGETHER as one.

In conjunction with that. My youth group had our 2nd Pyjamas Prayer! We had it on the 12th of November. This time was even better than our 1st. We prayed for 3 hours and 40 minutes straight!! About 13 people came for this historic time and we can really see every youth that came taking ownership of our youth group. We prayer for many things, camp , church, our leaders and more importantly each other. We are the Youth. So if we want it to grow. We need to grow and support each other. I do not have the pics yet. Will upload it soon on fb and here.

Moving on. I just cane back from the Phillipines! It was an awesome trip in the end . Really got to seek God this time further. I was telling Him why on earth am I there when I got my own things to settle back in M’sia but I guess that’s just an indication of how things are going to happen in the future.God will call us at the most difficult time and testing time. We may think that we got a lot in our hands but all we need to do is just release it to God and continue with His works

Well the trip was an experience. Got to see the poorer side of Manila. We stayed at JLLCF. It is this orphanage being run by Pastor Rachel and Bishop Chito. So we managed to play with the kids for a few days. Its really sad to know that some of the kids were left by their parents and had to beg around. What touched me was on the final night when these 2 boys took some food from this party held for them by their teachers for me. They thought we got enough for dinner and took some for us. Even at their young age they knew how to share. Why can’t we?

We did also a lot of prayer walks here and there. Mostly in shopping malls because they have many church service there. The church was River Of God and they had 2 sessions in Robinson’s Galleria. The morning one is in tagalong(Phillipine language) and the evening in eng. The people are there are very warm and always think I am one of them. They kept talking to me in tagalong. Haha.. One asked me to join his photography club since I was taking pictures. We went to Mall of Asia. The biggest Mall in Asia. It was ok. Did also prayer walks the whole place before shopping around. Bought 27 comic books from one of the Malls.

We attended about 2 prayer meetings excluding the soaking service. The prayer meeting is nothing new. Just that all of the team members shared their testimonies. I shared about my leg injury and my lost camera. The soaking service was new. It was a time to get soaked by the Holy Spirit. It was all speaking in tongues, praise and worship. They have it once a month. This was in another mall.

The other ministries that we did were ministering to the ladies in the slump area near our place, prayer walks to a school and the city hall. My mum had a cooking demo for the cook of JLLCF. Showed them how to make our own nasi lemak.

hello hello..

So well been a while since I last blogged. Things has been piling up lately and also partly due to my friend LAZY. Few things has happened. Finally got to do my IMU application 2 weeks back. Went for the interview the following Monday. It was ok I guess. Havent done much interview so yea. Got the letter from them today. I got admitted in! Thank God. but I may not go in yet. Will apply to other unis first. IMU ain't everything in the world plus its expen...

Went for the Leaders Retreat last Friday at Avilion Hotel, PD. Was hired as a babysitter by the church. and manit was chaotic. The kids were like screaming and running around. Those 3-5 years old are not too bad..still cute but the 8-11 yrs old..my gudness.. The kind of words that they know. You also know la..Don;t need explanation here but it was an enjoying experience nonetheless. Got to know many of the kids and their parents.

Moving on to Youth Camp ! The theme is It's time and thank the Lord I was chosen by Him to be the chairperson this year. This time around we're going to focus on leaving a story and a legacy behind for us to tell people about what has God done in our lives over our lives.

Hello world. I just noticed people blog less and less nowdays..since like FB and twitter are being used so much but oh well have to keep this going for memories... thinking of getting a twitter account ..haha..since everyone has it..lol peer pressure..even Pr Ron has one..haha.. Ling has been trying to persuade me to join..ah!!!!

anyways.,.. had a few outings lately.. went to Kanching Waterfall at Rawang last last saturday. about 14 of us came. Poh and Ksum went back earlier due to a meeting Ksum had to attend. but its good cos at least he came. Alex led the way since he is so pro in this type of things. yea people like Michelle, Ben, E Von, Yu Wern, my sis,Nevina, Sheng and JOsh came.. good stuffs....

It was simply amazing how all of us mixed together with our diff interest. Jem was the first friend I actually made in MCKl. it was in physics class when i was in the front row and I saw him so studious. I guess that was the last time I saw him awake throughout the class! haha. Good thing I followed you for acc class man. If not sure join Mr Ferns with all his hw. Mdm CMM's hw also still not yet done..haha. You have been a great friend and a good CF president although if you had given me the post it would be nicer..haha..Thanks for giving me a ride few times man. Appreciate it. Ivan- the only thing I knew about this guy is that he smile 24/7 . Got to know him most when we played badminton and then the Camp. whole journey there we were just talking badminton. How sad. but I guess thats the only time we let everything out. Excluding my time with ping pong .Appreciated the time you followed me all the way to Times although you didnt watch movie with me like the others =( and also when you and Jem helped me get the gift for Yui. Don;t get trashed in UK man.

We only knew more of each other in 2nd sem when we kept making stupid lame jokes of Datin..haha. but you're a down to earth guy except when it comes to your white Kancil. Yo people. I just saw my blog and the last update was like in Aug =O

So for a super shortened update ...

Well I have offered to help out in Youth Alpha in one of the NS camp in Banting. Well I have been there for only two weeks and it has been a wonderful experience. These people are not those you meet everyday. Nice to know some of them. Met a girl called Grace who was called back for NS after 5 years!!! damm I'm so dead .. haha. well I gotta hand it to Hock and the team. The journey has been super long going to and fro but he has devoted himself for already 3 years +..

Also went out go-kart with the gang last week. It was a last gathering for us badminton kakis before we go our seperate ways. Most of them have left like Jem, Kai,Dik ,Big A.. but the rest have been busy with their preps so havent been meeting up with them much and I don;t think I can meet up with them also. HAIZ.... well its just temporarily I guess..

Did you know I'm working now ? in church..haha I'm Ps Hock's free lancer for the time being till I get into a uni which reminds me that I need to do more research.. Have to work 3 days a week doing multiple things everytime. I can be a photographer, vid maker or handyman at times..LOL

Oh yes PYJAMAS PRAYER. Me and Hock's 3 year plan have finally come to reality. We had our overnight prayer in church last Tuesday night. Vick,Nick, V Sheng, Evon,Josh,Elise, Grace, Jinny and Hock . These are the people that will change things around. came for this historic moment. Had a great time worshipping and praying to God during this time. Prayed for many things like our church, youth, nation,ourselves and so on. We had snacks and games in between and DIM SUM in the morning!!Woohoo. One of the youth asked how often am I gonna do this. Didnt come across my mind but I feel this should be done on a more regular basis. So probably in December only again =D so watch out!

Went for the 1am concert (change your World concert) last last saturday at Sunway Pyramid. The band was awesome for me. The message by YB HANNAH YEOH was THE hIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT . Through her I could see how God uses people with a heart for change. For me the band performances were great and original(much better than at the Jaeson Ma concert)

Speaking of Change Your World, the youth participated in the clean up on thursday which is of course Malaysia Day. Ok for this the management was kinda bad. I mean seriously I didn't see much effort placed in this event. Plus they expected a crowd of 100 but only 50 turned out but still. Had to wait under the sun for 1hr30 mins.. I mean not to be whinny but please respect our time that we sacrificed. Me,Leon,Josh,Alex,Joel, Nevina all couldn't take it and could not wait any longer for the truck to pick us up that we decided to walk back which was so much easier =O

let me see wat else happened.....Oh had the Cambodia debrief finally!! yes its been a month already but yea.. We went to some chinese shop called with a Wok inside at Sunway Pyramid also on thursday. the food was ok. Not too bad and also what was discussed what was really touching. Especially by my mei mei Krystal. haha long story...It was nice to know what we all think about the mission trip. The highs,lows and things to improve...

Before I forget...My A LEVELS results!!!!I guess many of you already forgotten. Well really surrended this to God this time. Couldn;t do anything already. Well on that day I went up to the exam unit room, suddenly Ms Lai called me out and aksed to see her downstairs. I thought its either I got good results or something I did wrong. In the end turns out MCKL being MCKL got miscommunication and they assumed I didnt pay my fees. LoL anyways got my results . 3A's(1A* only but its good enough) Really ALL GLORY TO GOD. You have helped me this far in this journey. Had our graduation ceremony end of Aug. Nice time to see most of my friends back except for some who left already =( Finally through Zi Xuan Mdm CMM's dream of having a student in the top 10 in the world for acc have been accomplished. haha. COngrats to her for like getting 600/600..haha..had to chaou early cos had lunch with the worship team.

Today had the bowling tourney in Summit mall in Subang. Managed to drag Jafri along this time. I noticed when I play good its not too bad but when I suck i really suck! ahaha.. it was a good time though. Thanks to JOnathan, Auntie Grace, Pr Ron, Evon and Jaf for being such a great team. Next year again yea..haha

Hey guys. I know its been a while since I updated but have been both lazy andoccupied. Well I guess I'll update about my europe trip once in a while when I upload pics of it..

Went to cambodia for a mission trip last week. it has been a real experience going to these places. The people there are just amazing. They speak so good english now and its so easy to communicate with them.The place is like in between kl and batu pahat...not too bad the place. A lot of foreign people investing into the place.. Will go into more detail some other time but yea.. Posted here just to update this dead blog...!!

My Scotland experience

Well I'll be back in msia real soon Ed so I better blog now since I'll get pretty busy unpacking my luggage and also being tired from the trip....

So let me blog about the trip..

All in all the trip is really once in a lifetime... The people I met were just awesome .. Went down to Glasgow on the 30th to see my sis.. Still looks the same though.. So on the next day , she brought us out for shopping.. The things in Glasgow are really worth it... The sales are crazier than the whole of Europe . Bought a jacket and a shirt myself only though.. Had to keep some money for presents...

Also celebrated by birthday here too.. Didn't do much since we're all travelling. Just a lunch on that day.. Got only a present from my sis and the lovely Yui of course.. gave me a real nice and personal gift.. :D

Anyways went to loch lomon on the next day if not mistaken.. THe place is simply beautiful .. Super scenic... Enjoyed the boat ride around the lake.. Managed to visit another side of it when my aunt's friend offered to tour us around.. She also made us climb up a hill (which felt like a mountain). .... But it was fun... The church there is also really nice.. The people are so friendly and there are 3 other James there! The worship was good and the members are reallly on fire for Him

woah..I just realised my blog has been dead for a month already... anyways

time for some updates.

what have I been doing? just preparing for my exams..

Chem 6 and physics 6 has been done...

really thank God that He helped me once more in the exam to open my eyes and give me knowledge to answer the questions...

and also for helping me get back my exam slip which I accidentally dropped in the marketing office..

next paper is next Tuesday which is C3... after next week then got a break again before the killer paper starts

So uhmm played drums last last Sunday.

On thursday practice, we didn't have much time to prac cos the worship team had a Worship Encounter so yea..

In the end Sunday I find was good... wasn't too sure about the songs then

played badminton once a week with the gang the past month and thats about it I guess

wanna see Prince of Persia though but since exams are here...looks like I have to buy the dvd or borrow from someone to watch it..Looks good though...

Went to watch Ip man 2 with Yui on thursday and Date Night with her on Monday...

both are nice shows which I would recommend especially Ip man 2..

Had our official Suit Up day on WED since the col has the parents lecturers meet on thursday and friday....

I was finally special wearing my vest while other wore suits...

So this week was like my final week of college=(

of cos we have d exams but its the last time we have classes

well..where do I start....

the journey of mine in this college has been one of a kind..

I wouldnt trade it for anything and I wouldn even go back in time to change it

I'm glad i didn noe many people when I first entered col...

made me have to come out of my comfort zone to make new friends and to try new things...

First of all I want to thank God for this oppurtinity... If It wasn't for Him I wouldn be where I am at that time...

Only He had cleared the way for me to go in this college in January

I wasn't even sure wheter or not to start or to go for my NS...

but God is good..He helped me settle in so nicely with the rite people and all

Secondly I would like to thank all my lecturers, Our fav DATIN ARU, haha..its a real mirracle she hasn't gotten any heart attack cos of us all this while

Mr chan for his physics experts, his dedication in making sure we know what he's teachin although this means saying everything all over again

Mdm Chong for being the first to teach me accs... its been a stressful time but its worth it

So time for some dose of weekly update

so On monday we helped set up the lines for our long awaited badminton court

Special Thanks to Ivan for the supplies, Jem, Kai, Zhong Yuan and the rest of the further maths people who helped set up the lines...

although the front line is a bit too near but its cool..

so played badminton on Tuesday , Thursday and today... was fun but a bit suck la since got no curtain...

bloody can't the shuttle during play some times....

so on wednesday I suggested for Mafia Day aka Black Apparel Day

hey guys. So I'm free now to blog.

Trials have finished! Not that I really cared about it or wat so ever but yea its done

Chem marks was ok.. Physics was so so and maths was horrible

Found out Jp asked us to read certain chapters on my College easter day so wasn't there to listen

and my wonderful friends didn't tell me anything so my c4 suck bad

Physics was sad cos i tot paper 5 was on thursday but it was on wed and i studied chem on tuesday nite..thats for not looking at my timetable

and it topics from Cosmology came out the most which I havent read yet during that time.

I'll just go for the big one..

been lazy to blog..

anyways is it me or is everyone blogging less also...

its like wherever I go , most of my friends post are still in january or Feb or early march...

and also I played volleyball for the first time in my life on thursday and Friday.. It was fun playing something new....

A combo or super arm wrestling + volleyball = a very pain fore arm...now also still can feel it

Hey guys. So time for a 2 week update

Well nothing much happened...

Had 2 tests last week on Thursday..had chem n physics test

It was ok la..got 91 for chem and 70 for physics..

Found out that the badminton court in col will only be done by the end of this month !

sadness..moving on... to results !

was really worried this time for my marks cos I tot I didn't do that well for the Jan exams

But ALL GLORY TO GOD , He helped me get all 7 a's for the papers I took in Jan.

Was most suprised with my accounts marks.

I got borderline A which was a total shock since I didn't take acc before...

anyways all Glory to God again

So had worship practice on Thursday.lt was ok although I felt blank the whole time..

If you hear a noise outside your home or someone trying to get in your house, just press the panic button for your car. The alarm will be set off, and the horn will continue to sound until either you turn it off or the car battery dies. This tip came from a neighborhood watch coordinator. Next time you come home for the night and you start to put your keys away, think of this: It's a security alarm system that you probably already have and requires no installation. Test it. It will go off from most everywhere inside your house and will keep honking until your battery runs down or until you reset it with the button on the key fob chain. It works if you park in your driveway or garage. If your car alarm goes off when someone is trying to break into your house, odds are the burglar/rapist won't stick around. After a few seconds, all the neighbors will be looking out their windows to see who is out there and sure enough the criminal won't want that. And remember to carry your keys while walking to your car in a parking lot. The alarm can work the same way there. This is something that should really be shared with everyone. Maybe it could save a life or a sexual abuse crime.

hey guys. so what has happened in the past week..

nothing much really.. just got emo a few times due to some people

the thing was about pingpong...

bought a new bat last last week but can't seem to play much in college due to people hogging the bat and the table

me and Jem are always there the 1st but somehow people will come in when we play and hog the whole freaking table, pushing us to some crap table with no net

Got a bit pissed also with some people that don't bring thir own bat and hog mine and Jem's like crap...

When I want to play . I can only play for like few seconds since dey are playing KING

So I mean whats the use I got my own bat but dun get to use it..

so one day I just took my bat from some people and played on the table...

let them watch for all I care

Its not that I son't want to share my things, when I want to use mine I want to use mine...

So anyways on a happier note, Thursday was OB NIght on Tuesday

It was such a great event planned by the STUDENT COUNCIL.

very well planned and efficient although they could make dinner time anytime earlier....wanted to taupau food bak man

the food was great, performances were awesome...especially Alpha-Delta Crew.. really rose the bar...

hey guys.

So I'm back from my chinese new year season from Spore.

Went there on Sat and came back 12am on Wed nite

It was a real prosperous year this year.,,,

Won 60 Spore Dollars in Black Jack but me and my dad lost less than 80 in poker..I hate you!

We decided to comje back on Wed on Wed afternoon..lol

My dad rushed back to reach the Ayer keroh rest stop so that we could buy some dry fit tshirts over there

hey guys. Time for a weekly update. Well this week we the 0901 seniors went back to college. Honestly I'm dissapointed that the new block is not yet done...especially the badminton court ! wanna use it ed la. Darn fakers la the college. They said it'll be done when we come for our exams....haiz...

Anyways I can say I'm quite impressed with the 3rd floor.. the new lunge is over there. Its kinda exposed as its a glass house with no blinds... but the stairs to go up is a nuisance....

So this week was the ragging week for the juniors. Iam quite impressed with the new batch..especially the girls.. they are so sporting. the guys' balls shrank seriously. All of them wanted to get rag on the last day oni..Sigh.. got to know some juniors like Joanne( who kept reminding me to rag her. she really enjoyed this kinda things la..) Amanda, Vikram, Ashvin and Catherine and some others who I forgot the names. Sorry la.

All I can say is that those who got ragged. You all are the best and you all will have more fun next year when you rag your juniors... Anyways the ragging was stopped today cos of some idiot who molested some chick so yea... dunno if true or not also....

Today Cf was good. Reuban's pastor came and shared about our general purpose in life.. it was glorify Him, Love, have dominiance over the world and work hard! woohoo I remembered what he said

hey guys. time for another weekly update. So like since I was done with my exams for now and chinese new year around some corners and also hock and JInny are free, we decided to go for our self-made-annual-CNY shopping along with Xuan Yun on Monday.. Bought myself two shirts and will probably show it when I feel high and start taking pics of myself with it... Ater fetching Xuan home, they came over my house for dinner

Moving on to Tuesday. Went back to my old skool to supposedly take my SPM Cert which isn't out until now and God noes how long will dose Malaysians officers start doing. Its almost like 1 and half years ed and still its so hard to print like 1 paper.... haiz... Well anyways it was nice meting up with the teachers. there are so many teachers in he school.. Managed to see IkAN YU for a while cos he had class....saw some old skool mates too like the form 4s...Then I like saw Annabel. Gosh she looked kinda same and yet diff at the same time. Must be the specs.. i mean no specs..

and something funny happened yesterday during worhsip practice. When Uncle David gave out his song list for this Sunday, I saw the song everything that has breath. It didn't come across my mind that there is another diff song called Let everthing that has breath too... So I liked played the wrong song and was wasdering why dey kept asking me to play faster for the song when I'm practically playin my hands out....haha

Moving on. had cf today. it was good. Ms moey talked bout David and Love. nothing much to say about that....
Jeremy fetched me bak after we had our fast lunch at mcdonalds...and we found out that dey conned us with 1 fries after we left... we had 1 when we ordered and paid for 2....yea....

and now i decided to make a point to thank God for atleast one thing in the past week. SO for this week Iwant to thank God that my week was quite productive... managed to do some work still in the past week after my exams and for a great worship session

hey guys. Sorry for the lack of updates. If some of you may noe, I just had my exams. The science papers were kinda tough I would say. More challenging than past year papers. Finished yesterday but my friends will finish next week because I didnt take unit 4 so yea.Each day my paper sure finish at night one. Sadness...

anyways this week was dawn prayer week. It has become a norm for the church to do this every beginning of the year. SO like I went for Tuesday, Wed and to day so far. Couldn't make it on Monday and Thursday due to long periods of exams so yea. I t was fun though. Wen breakfast with them.... Also really want to start the year with God properly... To see his plans for me this year...

So I'm free for the next week so if anyone wans to take me out, please do so..haha.. I checked out the timetable.. Very cool.. Got like 3 days which got 2 hours break staright and I fin earlier this sem due to no MORAL STUDIES which I-can-like-sell-away-my-book-instead-of-burning it...

hey guys. So this is ike my first post for 2010. was lazy to update before this.

So let me talk about my 2009 before moving forward. It has been one heck of a ride. Really filled with ups and downs and looking back at them. I really enjoyed all those moments. Got to really know and also understand my friends better. I can really see more of Jesus in my life. Not forgetting my leg injury, I want to thank you Lord for showing me your healing power. I broke so many curses this year. Most notable, my Spm results. never got full for anything and it came at the right time. I don't wanna brag about what I've donw but what God has done in me.

Anyways let me see where to start. Was in Spore to celebrate my Grandma's 80th birthday. Went on Wed and came back on friday. We celebrated by having a buffet at SAKURA. I t was nice for me. they had japanese, English and Chinese food over there.

Bought myself 2 tshirts on the way to Spore too. then last last week also bought 2 tshirts , then yesterday bought a new jeans. wahliaou. Dunnit shop until next year ed. But it was on sale la so yea...

We had out Annual Combined Church Service today. Nice to meet up with some familiar faces. It seemed so pleasent to see old and new faces. my Goodness, Nick WONG is gettin skinner by the day. I mean seriously.wooosh... anyways managed to chat with some people who didn't come for camp lat year. Long time no see

anyways forward to hock's wedding. Made it back JUSt in time for his wedding. Rushed like mad to get back fom Spore. So to MR Hock and Mrs hock, Congratulations

Hey guys so I just came back from the most awesome and impactful camp ever last saturday. First of all I want to thank God for teaching me during this camp and also letting me be in it. Also thanks to the committee ( Leon Lee, Krystal, Elise, Joshua,Rowena and keith) for organising the camp.

So I can tell anything about the camp except the last part because this whole thing comes down to that and let me tell you for those who are going, you WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED. We started meeting at 6 in church and waited for everyone to come . Boarded the bus around 7. Stopped around twice for breaks. Met Brian Aaron at one of the stop. SO coincedental..

anyways so when we reached there , we had to get our ID tags and also our stickers. We had to check in the migration centre(I'm dead serious) . We started at the age of 15 and like any 15-ers.. had to go to school. So we had to do our education and all. Find jobs, pay our expenses, get married if you want ( which I did =P)

SO each session you'll grow 5 years older... with some other 'surprises'...its a real mystery ... there were few lessons to be learn that they taught us in the camp. Which was very good. then they had talks also off and on

I can't tell you much because I made a promise not to mention the important things. But really this camp is really impactful

I Learned to be more decisive, not to be too greedy, be more aware of my surroundings and also not to be too easily deceived...

Hey guys . So now is my weekly update.

Uhmm went to college on monday for CF meeting. Had to discuss the plans for next year ed. So fast ed la.. Just remembered when I first came to cf. It was a new experience. Playing the blanket games.... seeing David doing the weird dance move. It was an experience. So have to plan for the January bach. The discussion was good.
Went to have lunch with Kai, Steven, Y^2, Yui, and Jasmine who wanted to take different monorails =P...
Followed Steven back not after we had our second lunch in DU..haha.. hungry la..

anyways went out with the bishes on thursday night. It was fun catching up with most of them. Went to this mamak near Curve to chills.. Beaves (yes beaver is back, for the weekend at least) picked me up then headed to Acap's hse. his hse is really nice now. Good work with the renovations. Played PES on the PS3 for the first time man! but ok oni lo. Heskey can sprint like mad in the game.. The keeper stinks in penalty. talking about my keeper =(

and to yesterday .. the saddest of my life. kena SAMAN man. Parked at Makbul there for lunch. Bloody police saman me.. COme on la, everyday got hundreds of ppl parking there man. Why ytd you had to come. SIGH

Went out with Vinod, Sean and Jaf that night itself. Also nice catching up with them . Chilled till like 1230 arnd that time. We were talking about those really fun times we had in skool and col.

hey people. Finally got to fix my hard disk bak. few things seem diff thogh. Thursday the hard drive went ko cos overheated. today only the guy came to fix.the new hard disk seems to have a smaller capacity though =O

anyways played drums last Sunday. I found it not bad. My hand got stuck in the ear phone wires during the first song so was like a bit slower.. Good thing Wen Li asked to stop and asked everyone to clap along first...

today was Malaysian Studies exams. FINALLY!! done with that . Will look forward to next semester when there is no Moral Studies . Will be more free. Anyways back to the exam. It was ok.

Lost my notes yesterday night. Thank God that my sister used to have the text book so yea.. Studies here and there. Also I need to learn how to read instructions properly. Wrote my section B answers on the test pad when spposed to write on the question paper. Anyways...

so today chapel was similar to mine last week. Yui lead. Was supposed to share about our goals for the year that we made so that we will still go and achieve it before the year ends.

Forward to after exams. Went out to Mayflower to eat with sleeping beauty. Lau and Malau came after dat . then it was the parent lecturer meeting. Waited for her mum to come and finish. got toknow the new building a lil bit more from Mr Reuban. After dat went out with Yui to Times to watch A Christmas Carol. Its an ok show la. not bad for me.. went to Vivo to have tea time. Then went back after that

hey guys. talk about a dead blog. well gonna update for all of you who have been wandering where am I. Well Had the Wii Day event finally last saturday. not after extra Msian Studies class =( didnt go for the CF SLEEPOVER... but still managed to see 'them' dat morning. had breakfast with Ying2, Steven and Yui. Then had to go take the lrt to church. Good thing Samuel could pick me up that time. Then to Wii Day. his adam I tell you ....so ....enthuastic.... jump and move so much..shouting everywhere.. So for that day we played tennis as the main game. My awesome team got 4th out of 4 !!..hahaha.. at least we had fun la..... the food by Josh's mum is really nice.. The tomyam mee hun....fantastic..not to mentioned Ee Yang's cookies. So followed bro-in-law back. Had some talk about babies =O quite funny la...

Then to college... Monday chem lab was cancelled so very on ZZZZZ.... two hours free.. but sadly Jp shifted class forward so had like 3 hours free seperately. Went out with Yui to Times Square for no reason..haha.. We wnted to sit the monorail till the end of the station but lazy la...

Did chapel on Tuesday.. Drove on that day also.. just asked everyone to share about their area of growth for the past 10 months since 2009 is ending. Did something diff for a change la.

hey everyone. Time for an update. So like just noticed didn't talk about my results. Can say for my stats need more practice, mechanics- don't think so much for this current level. Serious la. I lost like 5 marks bcos I tot too much. Anyways, my chem and physics unit 2,3,4 were satisfactory..... Acc the killer hasn't arrived yet

Then , Hock came to my college to do the alpha program again. This time not so bad but still kena from him. Went to Shiok Cafe at YMCA for lunch with him, Jaroline, Yui, Ying 2.... AFter college followed him to meet future sis-in-law to get the wedding rings. Looks so nice man. Didn'y know a ring brings so much meaning and now I know why is it on the left hand!! Went to makan and then took some others stuffs with them before heading home

Also have been sleeping lately quite a lot.. been super tired when going to school.. SIGH..

hey guys so I haven't been updating for some time. Had exams last week and finishes tomorrow. My accounts, stats and chem 4 I think not so well ed but its ok. Last 2 weeks ago i had diarhhea. Not gonna eat the currypuff again man.so nothing much to update now. Yesterday had cell outing with 2 cells. One is Kar sum's cell represented by Xuan Yun and the other is Hock.. with Jinnie. SO that makes 4 of us..hahha.. So we played snooker before going to something more man .... BOWLING.... played in curve. I think I achieved my personal best of 85 ..woohoo. I know la still very lousy but who cares. Got a strike double woohoo... Also camep registaration is ending soon. Hopefully I can go this year again.

Friday had cf. Got kenneth to do games that week. He played H2O. it was quite fun la. Started with 2 gaps and ended with 0

Followed princess to Public bank to do the acc for cf. Saw Datin there. So scary. Went back to college to eat cos not much time ed. Then Lian and Ade came to eat with us. Each time she gave me some extra stuff to my plate they'll go AWWWWWW.. then went I gave her lagi wei..hahaha

Youth was good also. More ppl came that day. Ytd had the 1a.m. worship training . Finished quite late though but it was good la towards the end when we went to the individual classes. Have to work on my 3 levels.

Wassup beautiful people of the world. So for the past week..let me see what happened

For my college. Had my chem test and Msian Studies test on Thursday. It was ok la. see the marks then tell you all la. On friday me and Yui went to Times Square to get those expired committee a present. She needed to get for Kah Yun and I for Tien Yi. Got her the best key chain..Muahahaha. Yui bought a Man U bottle. There was this super annoying guy selling jerseys man cos Yui wanted to get a jersey for Kah Yun and just asked the prize , the guy was like." you just want one?(x5) " then he took his calculator and was telling how much he usually sells "normally its rm 130,140,150 but I'll give you better Rm80" and he was giving some reasons why to buy like since got the Man u sign,nike logo.....motha..I can make my own one for free la dumb. then we just walked off. Stupid fellow. Then to cf. So it was of course the farewell meeting for them . Since I'm the current games Master(actual name is coordinator but dis sounds nicer) I had to come up with games. PLayed like some bomb game and some quiz game.

The Youth turn up wasn't so gud yesterday but its ok. Still had fun. After 2 months of events kinda weird going bak to normal service. Krystal Chaired by the way. then uhmmmm...

Played Drums today. Thursday experimented quite a lot until Wen Li also headache.muahahaha....but today was good. turned out well I think....

hey guys. So like now I finally got someth to blog about . Now I'm on Raya holidays until dis thursday. Last week nothing much really happened. Just that I need to really make up my mind if I want to do games for CF. Still thinking. uhmm we took our DELTA CREW picture for our college magazine. The theme WAS suppose to be heroes...I noe rite but we changed to hip hop. SO like everyone had to wear hoodies. We took the pic on friday.

ALso my Youth Event ( SPORTS AWARENESS DAY ) is coming up this saturday. So everyone who wants to come and support me please do so. Any details please call me. We're inviting Mr Haridas , a former hockey player/coach, badminton coach, Olympic Council member and currently who gives lectures on Sports Science. Went to the theme park because wanted to try it out. It was very nice going most of the rides. Hey guys wanna update again before col reopens. The hols has been quite fun. Finally got my licence already. Was suppose to get it next week. I called the guy and asked bout my licence then they got the nerve to say they done everyone's one except mine. seriously that was wat they told me. Before I could ask why they put down. So my mum tembak them kau kau and asked for a real good explanation. Next thing I knew, they smsed saying its ready already. Hahah. Took on Friday

So I got stuffs to update now..

1st is of course Dawn prayer..Wanna write my testimony here
So like just 1 week before dawn prayer, I had my bad accident during badminton. SO I was really thinking hard if I should go for dawn prayer since I could not even walk properly at first but Hock said when you're not well, the best place to be in is the church and what better time than Dawn Prayer. So I was talking to Nick Hee and was telling him ''OK this year i'll prove even injured ppl can still come for dawn prayer". So this year we had to do the korean-style of praying which I found it quite difficult at first because I was so used into getting into groups and then pray but in the end I found out for me personally its better for me to pray like that as it gave more freedom to pray. I learned how to just really soak in the presence of God.

Also during the period I had my driving test. Wanted to skip dawn then but did not. Glory to God

SO before camp, went out with Yui to Times at 9. yes i know, its not even opened but who cares nth else to so la... went to subway to eat and continued walking arnd..... till we had to go back,

Ok moving forward to CF Camp. I had to sacrifice a few things for this camp. 1st was playing drums for Evon and Nick Khoo for their Merdeka Presentation and also Zoe and Jo Ee for missing their Merdeka Dinner. I believe everything went according to God's will. I'm glad to see so many youths from my church taking up new challenges.
Anyways this year the theme was Impacting Ourselves, Impacting Others. The speaker was Moses. Dunno how to spell his first part of his name. He was good. With his teachings and sharings.

When we arrived in camp in Bethany Home, I expected worst.Most probably because i set my standard very low for camps. It is a school for special children. We had to stay in classrooms while some girls stayed in real rooms. ROmmates were Steven, Jeremy, Malau, Kern Wen. 1st day we just had a game at night called War Game. Was the helper for Jeremy along with Sze Ling and Elisa. Then Yui had a bad accident in chich her finger like got twisted but its ok now =D. PLayed Big 2 in my rooom. Lost 3 times in a row wei. but won the last one..Im dat gud.

Then for day 2... played the conga thing for andrew as he lead worship for the 1st session. IN terms of worship and belief, we share quite a lot of similarities. One thing that striked me during Moses teaching was when he asked us"How far are you willing to go for God, Are you willingto sacrifice your dignity, guilt, possesion for Him?" Thats the thing I'll take back.

SO for my group consisted of Ying Ying- leader, Leon-Asst, Sophia, Vanessa, Matthew, Evon. These guys are the best. Ying Ying was so worried bout how she was. I thought she was good for devotion and managing the group. We got 2nd place wei... gave chance to Ivan's team...hehe.. My teammates were really sporting, am so proud of them for their part in the play . Some more during the games on the 2nd day at my base. they did the hardest task and lost out on 5 balls.. had to toss up balls and catch in a cup while the members circle the middle man.

Also played the Cahul if thats what you call it for most of the times during worship sessions. It was a new experience for me playing that which was fun. Played with Tien Yu also during one session.. I took the conga and he on that.

So on the 2nd nite. we managed to watch Man u beat arsenal . Fixed the tv dere. Although I was tired but the idea of watching it with your friends who supports Man U and Arsenal are fun. Kept saying 9 more mins till dey score and Brian Mok kept sayin Ben Foster Own goal...haiz...Leon was very funny during his liverpool match..throwing balloons everywhere...It was a real fun experience la until Miss Leow woke up and scolded us and had to go to our rooms..sigh but who cares....

and its a good thing i had this big ulcer. So i had to drink a lot of water. So i didn get sick. A lot of ppl got sick.

And as usual got teased like mad in camp by EVERYONE! 1st about that thing and also just about me..I'm the joker..muahahaha

Also got to know more about Dik Jun and Eugene during the camp on the 2nd night. Got to know them more deep. Shared bout a lot of things...

Final night was the best la =P..hehehe and also the journey back....

Hello everyone.. so like this past week has been really great

1st was my results which came out on wednesday afternoon but I took it on Thursday because I didn't know it came out earlier. Well I'm not going to say how much I got but I can say I got blessed results. Really praise God for it. It sets the tone for my 2nd sem...

Also had my driving test today. and I passed !!! amazing right. Was really praying like mad for this cos didnt want to take it again and pay RM 150. I heard from my friends that most of them needed to bribe for the road test. So as to honour God of course I did not do that. In the end I passed still . Just barely 16/20 . Was really blessed with a good officer. He didn't make much noise bcos i heard from others just now that their officers scolded them and pressured them. Mine was super quiet. Funny thing is I did not out on my seat belt until half way thru. My officer was like knodding his head only.. My slope also really thank God......my 3 point finally could turn in at the right time....It's good la..

Also this week is the final week for dawn prayer =( So since this week is the hols for school students, many youths came. Which was encouraging for me to see all of them. Went out with breakfast with them....

SO like want to update now . So last saturday had my driving class for my last time I hope. Taking my test next week. It was much better just few parts still need some mroe.. Maybe cos I was tired since I slept so late the night before so yea... uhmmmm

Played the conga during youth to help out with the Merdeka Presentation lead By Von Von and Nick Khoo. So like found out hand percussions and drums are diff in some ways..hard to explain... it was fun la

Then uhmmmm...played baddie on Thursday..Injred my knee a little a bit more so yea..but its ok..and I won against Kai Kai and Yong... With my Knee..I'm cool.Just kidding la ..bout the cool part.

and also someth happened today ..uh it was my first time so I was very very nervous.... and yea hope it turns out well and according to God's plan more importantly

hey guys . Just want to share with all of you something interesting.

SO jeremy called me on Monday nite asking me if I want to do chapel on the next day at 930 pm to replace Regina ?? Yea Jeremy's timing is always the best =P so since this is the period I am really able to help so why not right. Then later he sms'ed me saying he'll confirm with me on the next day only cos got some miscommunication..

so to the next day. we waited for Ern Wei to come to lead Chapel...yes..that miscommunication... but in the end he didn't come bcos he was sick ...so i said why not I do since i prepared. SO i shared about Jesus turning stone into bread and water into wine. I kep t saying bread into stone and worst was stone into rock...ahahaha.. well the conclusion is that we must be always thinking of others when we do something and not ourselves..... ask me if you want me to elobarate more

so on the next day was supposed to be Regina but she got stucked in the jam so she asked Leon i think if he could find a replacement. and I was there... so i found I wrote a note inside my phone once ... so i decided to share on that

It was about Jesus calming two storms.. one is the storm while on the boat(signifying an external storm) and Jesus healing the demonised man( internal storm) its basically Jesus has the power and love to take control of both storms that we face..

SOOOOO... Before I went back home , I managed to see Regina in the office. I told her what i did as she asked.To my very surprise, that was what she practically wanted to share about . also about storms but a bit more detailed on the 1st storm...

God has really wanted that message to be shared isn't it... Like I used to say, If God wants it to happen He will... Its just so mind blowing that we both thought of the same thing. Coolness...

Hey guys . So like wanna update now..It has been a real tiring week... With dawn prayer and fasting. I'm really really tired. but on the brighter side. I know God knows and that he'll bring me trough. Finally got used to the Korean style of praying. this week has been a real battle spiritually. Loads of ppl got sick and other events happening ...I need more ppl to battle with me

And to college. mothing much happened for Monday and Tuesday. Went out with Ivan and Jem to get Yu Weeeeerrrrrrrrrnn a bday present..heheh... its kinda weird when you have 3 guys walking around in girls shops and choosing a gift.;..but its cool.. Friday had cf as usual..but the marchies and Julies??? went for their camp so yea.... it was still fun cos got me still..hahaha

then uhmmm...youth.... Me , Sheng and k Sum were discussing about our own event coming up. so we like had to brainstorm on sat... I nneed to get the letter to Sri Utama soon ....Looks like evryone is very occupied l8ly... It's a time to increase my capacity and for others to do the same for God. This is my motivation....

then i went for my aunt's bday party ... Cant believe they invited the whole truck of the tau foo thing dere and also the ramli burger stall !...it was gud...hahaha.... Had a real convo with Gracie too then..its funny that although we see each other practically everyday...we still can update so much..anwyays.....

hello everyone . So like I;m gonna update all of you now..

SO .. 1st to my leg. its gettinng better but now the process is slowing down .. Everone pls pray for me.. want a fast recovery.. might have injured it further this past few days ..

To dawn prayer.. Still trying to get the hang of the 'korean-style' prayer this year.. my mind is still blurry for these mornings so can't really focused on praying yet... but friday was an encouragement.. the message in the mornings are also very good.. learned that BLESSINGS HAPPEN WHEN IT PROSPERS YOU AND OTHERS. but so far I've been copng well with dawn prayer and college.. been encourage also by ppl like Zoe, Sarah, Ashlyn, Ee Yang who have been came ...

to college ..yesterday had our bbq nite..It was fun ... gotto see finally Gracie not only sing but also play the guitar..You go girl!.. the food was ok..had a fun time la..danced with one leg..move upper body actually..hahaha.. And your cheongsam tshirt was nice la Yui..but yea ..gud thing didn tie your hair.. will laugh all nite long wei...jkjk....

kk time to update since there is nothing much to do in the first place. As may ALL of you know already, I had a bad accident during badminton last wednesday during the inter cohort games. was in the third set and was leading when suddenly I made a smash and landed on my knee. SO pretty bad now.. Missed col for 3 days ed. Not sure when I'm coming back though. Had to cancel my driving lessons, badminton and my drums this week..sigh... maybe got just a little too excited. Anyways just wanna thank God it isnt a bone fracture or something else more serious.. I'm guessing mine is already kinda serious.

Anyways nothinng much to add onn already... Just pretty frustrated cant play sports now and especially badminton.. but,....

I'll be BACK!!!!

The Ant and the Contact Lens- TRUE STORY

Brenda was almost halfway to the top of the tremendous granite cliff. She was standing on a ledge where she was taking a breather during this, her first rock climb. As she rested there, the safety rope snapped against her eye and knocked out her contact lens . "Great", she thought. "Here I am on a rock ledge, hundreds of feet from the bottom and hundreds of feet to the top of this cliff, and now my sight is blurry."
She looked and looked, hoping that somehow it had landed on the ledge. But it just wasn't there.

She felt the panic rising in her, so she began praying. She prayed for calm, and she prayed that she may find her contact lens.

When she got to the top, a friend examined her eye and her clothing for the lens, but it was not to be found. Although she was calm now that she was at the top, she was saddened because she could not clearly see across the range of mountains. She thought of the bible verse "The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth."

She thought, "Lord, You can see all these mountains. You know every stone and leaf, and You know exactly where my contact lens is. Please help me."

Later, when they had hiked down the trail to the bottom of the cliff they met another party of climbers just starting up the face of the cliff. One of them shouted out, "Hey, you guys! Anybody lose a contact lens?"

Well, that would be startling enough, but you know why the climber saw it? An ant was moving slowly across a twig on the face of the rock, carrying it!

The story doesn't end there. Brenda's father is a cartoonist. When she told him the incredible story of the ant, the prayer, and the contact lens, he drew a cartoon of an ant lugging that contact lens with the caption, "Lord, I don't know why You want me to carry this thing. I can't eat it, and it's awfully heavy. But if this is what You want me to do, I'll carry it for You."

I think it would do all of us some good to say, "God, I don't know why You want me to carry this load. I can see no good in it and it's awfully heavy. But, if You want me to carry it, I will."

God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.

Yes, I do love GOD. He is my source of existence and my Savior. He keeps me functioning each and every day Without Him, I am nothing, but with Him....I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. (Phil. 4:13)

So like this week few things happened. First was that my time table changed AGAIN. Changed like 4 times ed man..and I think my maths teacher is gonna change..Sad man.. Imagine you're teaching a class that doesn't like you ..haiz.. anyways I was on the right side so I wonn't feel bad..

moving forward to the inter cohort games. Partnered Ivan in badminton .. So far played with 0807( which was represented by Shun Yong and an Ausmat guy...funny) then on friday played agaisnt 0901 ALPHA represented by Jun Ren and Zong Yuan.... Tough fight..had to play really well to beat them...

PLayed drums again this week..nth much to comment on that...

SO like on saturday I went out with my friends to have dinner with them..Invited Nick hee but sadly He couldn't join us. So like Joshua and V-Sheng joined us to that EspaceVon Can go back..What a trade..1 for two. so like the others were Grace,Elise, Hock and MYSELF.
went to Old Klang Road somewhere to have western food. the place is not bad.. So after that , we went to MCdonalds to get Elise's ice cream =P and then to laundry. The place doesn't suit me man...so yea that sums up my birthday for the year =D

K so after reading Elise's blog, I shall update.. Weel so on thursday I reported back for FREE LANCING..haha..new name I gave my self. SO Just helped out with the office work again and went to the IT Mall with Angie and of course Hock. Went to get the webcam and mic to talk and see my sister. Can save on calls already. So stayed back AGAIN at church for worship practice. Don't know la.. That day somehow my minnd wasnt there. SO thats bout Thursday

Friday, Hock wanted to do this sushi party with me, Grace and Vanessa. Just to get together before college reopens on THE 1 ST of JULY.It was fun making sushi , buying the things and playing Wii. SO had to fetch Vanilla and Grace back.

Today had the worship training . Its good today and tomorrow is supposed to be more practical so yea....

The Power of Prayer

Have you ever felt the urge to pray for someone and then
just put it on a list and said, 'I'll pray for them later?'
Or has anyone ever called you and said, 'I need you to
pray for me, I have this need?' Read the following story that was
sent to me and may it change the way that you may think about prayer and also the way you pray. You will be blessed by this....
A missionary on furlough told this true story while visiting his home church in Michigan .

'While serving at a small field hospital in Africa, every two weeks I traveled by bicycle through the jungle to a nearby city for
supplies.

This was a journey of two days and required camping overnight at the halfway point. On one of these journeys, I arrived in the
city where I planned to collect money from a bank, purchase
medicine, and supplies, and then begin my two-day journey back to
the field hospital.
Upon arrival in the city, I observed two men fighting, one of whom had been seriously injured. I treated him for his injuries and at
the same time talked to him about the Lord. I then traveled two
days,camping overnight, and arrived home without incident....

Two weeks later I repeated my journey. Upon arriving in the city, I was approached by the young man I had treated. He told
me that he had known I carried money and medicines. He said, 'Some friends and I followed you in to the jungle, knowing you would camp overnight.We planned to kill you and take your money and drugs. But just as we were about to move into your camp, we saw that you were surrounded by 26 armed guards. At this, I laughed and said that I was certainly all alone in that jungle campsite. The young man pressed the point, however, and said, 'No, sir, I was not the only person to see the guards, my friends also saw them, and we all counted them. It was because of those guards that we were afraid and left you alone.'

At this point in the sermon, one of the men in the congregation jumped to his feet and interrupted the missionary and asked if
he could tell him the exact day this happened. The missionary told the congregation the date, and the man who interrupted told him this story:

'On the night of your incident in Africa , it was morning here and I was preparing to go play golf. I was about to putt whenI felt
the urge to pray for you. In fact, the urging of the Lord was so
strong, I called men in this church to meet with me here in the sanctuary to pray for you.

Would all of those men who met with me on that day stand up?'
The men who had met together to pray that day stood up.
The missionary wasn't concerned with who they were,
He was too busy counting how many men he saw.
There were 26....

well so I did my work thing on Wednesday and Thursday. stayed in church almost the whole time.. Ate this LEGENDARY nasi lemak at SS2 with hock on Wednesday. Its not bad....

Well I was suppose to do some computer work on those two days.Had to get some contacts of the youth, numbers, etc.... it managed to OCCUPY me...

then had worship practice on Thursday. It was woah in a bad way la... but in the ennd on sunday... I know I played so much better than on Thursday. Thx to God..

k time to update.. 1st thing first..I shoulk cut my hair like real soon

k then well so well on wednesday last week stayed back at Hock's place after prayer meeting and went to work for Hock in churchon the next day. had to clear up some stuffs, cut out some of the windows cert ,print it and laminate it. went to 1u to get something for myself and met up with Mark there for lunch. went back and met up with ee Yang for just a chat..so many tuition he goes man.....

had worship practice then so I stayed back in church and took a nap there. It was a good time for practice. The song styles kept changingso quite stress...

friday went out with Tim,Vinod,Jaf,sean ,Su, Vivian,Baan,Sue,and Yann..Vivian just wanted to have a meet up session..went back arnd 10 to Mosin with Vinod,Jaf and Su... me and jaf being the good guys PAID for our drinks while the other 2 chaoued

Sat had my bengkel thing..its ok la... wanted to go for Youth but the driver wanted to go for 2 rounds so it was too late...sigh =(

so Sunday played drums. played YOU GAVE ME LOVE too fast initially until everyone was having a tongue twisting session...haha...Gracie said i look very lala-fied while evon said i lok very COllege-fied...

Today went out with Yui to catch a movie...BLOOD ..for me it was ok but she didnn like it..although she's the one that wanted to go watch..went to sushi king after that for lunch.. then went to borders for fun... her hang out spot..
